Hmm, good one this. I raised a tar yesterday morning within our business
hours. We didn't get a reply for a while (even though users couldn't access
the production DB) and then a support person called me. The problem was
sorted anyway by us but when I checked to see what had gone into the call I
saw the following. This was note was inserted shortly before the UK based
support person called me back
