Hello:
When I am trying to use the Function Hierarchy digrammer to creat new
function, I am getting an error upon entering the label and short definition
in
the create functioon dialog box. I am getting an RME- 00020 , ORA- 01403
error
message. Please advise as to how I should fix this error.
