Have you set TWO_TASK then unset it and try....

Hi
When i am connect to svrmgrl and connect to internal,It asks for a password
and when I am giving internal password it gives me ORA-01031 insufficient
privileges error.I have also created a new Password file with ORAPWD
utility,but it is still giving same error.
Can anyone help me.
