QUERY ?

Hi
Please correct me what is wrong in this query.

select category_id from user1.emp_category_at_test   2 start with child_category_id in
  3 (100,2000) connect by prior category_id=   4 parent_category_id order by level
I am getting following error
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01410: invalid ROWID
ORA-02063: preceding line from TEST

If I run same query with little change query worked fine . select category_id from user1.emp_category_at_test   2 start with child_category_id in
  3 (100,2000) connect by prior category_id=   4 parent_category_id order by level
Please suggest .
