Well, I have recieved a server and found some datafiles
are reside in System tablespace - in this case to move
those datafile we can not put system tablespace offline
therefore can not use alter command...

using alter database rename file you can just take the tablespace that owns that datafile offline and do the work. All users who don't need that particular tablespace are not affected.
