How to administer OAS at server without using Browser ?

Hi DBAs,

I would like to know the ways we can manage OAS ( ver. 4.0.8 ) without using Browser. For example, how do we create DADs without using browser admin utility. Is there any Oracle utility available to use at OS prompt? Possible ?
