SQLLOADER - please help

Hallo, anyone whom can help me with this:

I am running sqllodaer and gets this errormessage in the log:

Record 18729: Rejected - Error on table RIK2.IMP_NIELSEN, column MONTH_DISTR_W Column not found before end of logical record (use TRAILING NULLCOLS) ORA-01631: max # extents (20) reached in table RIK2.IMP_NIELSEN

What does that mean and how can I change this ctl file,
