partitioning in 9i?

Hi all,

Just curious if somebody knows how to turn on partitioning in Oracle 9.0.1

I would have thought that it would be turned on by default, but I keep getting:

ERROR at line 14:
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Partitioning
