As far as I remember, 'hyperstatic' in the context of construction means that even if you pull a couple of beams down it still stands up. I guess that 'hypernormalized' means more normalized than reasonably required. Kind of thing like the single-column (which also happens to be the PK, because you must be careful to have a PK on every table) table. I have seen this ...
