I'm installing Oracle 9i Developper suite on winXP and
the doc says :
If you use assistive technologies such as screen
readers to work with Java-based applications and
applets, run access_setup.bat before starting your
screen reader.
What the hell is "assistive technologies such as
screen readers" ????
