Question re Oracle E-Mailing

Hi all,

I was just wondering if this e-mail was for real, or is it something bogus. I was specifically wondering, since it's an HTM file being sent as an attachment. I've never seen something like that come from a legit company and was curious. I didn't bother to open the attachment, since I don't have these running on my computer anyway.
