It will not cost to anybody provided they are window shopper. However, you are right if someone has different taste then cost might start from DFL 100 onward...I forgot to mention it in my previous email.
Amsterdam is also famous for it is night life duly controlled and licenced but little bit dangerous as most of crimes are committed in Centrum of Amsterdam where Central Station is located.
