Upgrade from 8.1.5 to 9.2

Trying to upgrade existing 8.1.5 db (on NT) to 9.2, which I downloaded from OTN. I installed software fine.
But can not find "u0801050.sql" script in "rdbms\admin" directory to upgrade the db. There are scripts for some other versions (like 8.0.6 or 8.1.7), but not 8.1.5.

Still waiting for reply from Metalink.
Anyone dealt with this problem?
