Jr.DBA, Mid level DBA, Sr.DBA

Hello:
Out of curiosity how would you classify a Jr. DBA, a Mid Level DBA, and a Sr. DBA? I know how our HR department makes the division but would be interested in knowing how other people might classify the differences.
