Yes you just need to do that. Then your server will only accept Dedicated
connections.
All DBA Operations should be performed on a dedicated connection to the database so if you have enabled MTS you can still connect to a dedicated server process via the listener by saying srvr = dedicated in the tns entry.

Hi friends :
I just finished to install my database with shared server option, so i have some parameters like mts_....
My question :
1.) How can I do for to take out this option and put the database in
Dedicated Mode ?
2.) What can I do for use two kinds of options simultaneity: Shared and
Dedicated ?
I think that i need jut to take out the parameters with mts_ at the begin and reestart the instance , right ?
