Mladen - What hasn't Dilbert had to say about managers? Read his books if
you need more. Along this topic, someone provided the answer to "why do
technical people like Dilbert's opinions so much?". Their response was that
because we are hired because we are intelligent and educated (well I'm still
fooling them), we are hard to manage. We tend not to blindly trust authority
figures, but to be a little skeptical. In fact, sometimes I think a DBA is a
professional skeptic.
