The "first" header block will have the lowest block number for that
segment. When I say "first" I mean that in 7.3 (because of unlimited
maxextents) they created a new type of "overflow" blocks that might in
extreme cases also show up as the first blocks - I'm not sure, but Anjo
or someone probably knows?
