OT: 8i OCP questions

Hi,

I cannot find any info on Oracle web site concerning time allowed between test and plans to retire 8i OCP.
Does anyone know or have any links that may state if there is a time limit betweeen test and whether Oracle
has plans to retire 8i certification.
