Would the personal edition work for you? I don't think there would be a licensing issue with this.

We're planning to set-up some "test" servers here and I'm wondering what the "practice" is out there regarding licences for same. This is only for short term testing and to "try out" various DR scenarios etc. I'd guess there's an "Oracle" view which would be if you install on server you pay a licence, (correct?). Is there some workaround for this?. All creative ideas welcome :)
