Yes I did.

I am getting end of comunication channel error and then ORA-07445 in alert.log

Any Idea ???

Hello ALL,
I am having a problem in dropping an un-used Materialized view and getting the following error when I am trying to drop ....

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkzmtab()+76] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [588] [] []

I have found in metalink that it was a bug in 8.1.6 and is fixed in 8.1.7.... My DB is running on 8.1.7.2

But still I am unable to drop the MV , any ideas ???
