Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> RE: How to deinstall oracle 9i and leave 8i intact
There Should Be No Problems in this.
Run the Universal Installer and Go to nstalled Products and Remove 9i.
That should do the trick.

I have Oracle 8i with 4 instances and Oracle 9i with 1 instance. How can I just remove all of Oracle 9i without touching Oracle 8i?
Thanks
Rick
