SELECT ID,COMPANY,COUNTRY
FROM table_name a
WHERE rowid >(SELECT min(rowid)
FROM table_name b
WHERE b.ID = a.ID and

                a.COMPANY= b.COMPANY
                and a.COUNTRY=b.COUNTRY) ;

Replace Select witth DELETE if you want to delete duplicates.
