Do you know where I can get an answer to the following question:
Why do I get the following error: "ORA-12541: TNS:no listener" on my win 2000 professional client when trying to connect using "SQLPLUS lanier/lanier_at_cde <mailto:lanier/lanier_at_cde> ?"
