In addition to identifying the diffs, generating the diff reports & alter scripts, it also:

• executes the consolidation SQL realtime- "Active"
• supports compares across ORACLE and SQLSERVER
• allows rules: for conditional compares
• Keeps a LOG of all executions - change management

I downloaded and tried it out, and it works across Oracle and SQLServer. This is good.
