Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> Re:Memory?
Clint,
You'll need to refer to your OS specific manual for this. On HP-UX we allow 10MB per client for those who are running everything directly on the server + the amount of memory their application program needs, if other than SQL*Plus. Otherwise it's 5MB I believe for a dedicated server.

Hi all.
Does anyone have any idea how to calculate the amount of memory each user
uses during a session?
This needs to be done to calculate the amount of memory Lawson will use
during production.
Any help given will be appreciated.
Thanks
Clint
