Everything I'm reading says power unit pricing went away last July and was replaced by flat per processor pricing. It was replaced by the per cpu pricing. If you had SE on a RISC processor at 666MHz the pricing stayed the same, if your processors are slower it got more expensive, with faster processors you got a bargain.
