Import excelfile into Oracle table

Hallo,

anyone who can give me a good example of pl/sql code, which does the folllowing:

Import an excelfile into a table.

(I know I can use sqlloader(which I have used several times) but i would like to make a call to that pl/sql procedure from MsAccess.
