Oracle-L: ORA-00600 Error

HI All,

We are running Oracle8.1.5 on a Netware 5 . The problem we are facing is that the server is going down very frequently (3 times a day). The error code on the Alert file shows : ORA-00600: with arguments : [17112], [3461574976], [], [], [], [], [], [].

Oracle support did not give us any Help.

We have another Database with the same configuration as above and there is no problem with it.
The diffence between the two configurations is that in the first one there is an Forms 5 application with some tables including LON type columns and in the second there is a Forms 4.5 application without LONG columns tables.

Please could someone give us any help.
