Thanks for your help. I opened a ticket with Oracle

This is bug 614799. Abstract: ORA-600[17034] WHEN
CONSTRAINT IS VIOLATED Workaround is: set
AUDIT_TRAIL=NONE or set AUDIT_TRAIL=FALSE
