Hi,

we're getting [ORA-03120: two-task conversion routine: integer overflow] with a JDBC application connecting to a 9i instance

the JDBC call that causes the problem is:

setAutoCommit(false);

..so the error description is totally inappropriate for it.

The error appears just once or twice a week, otherwise everything works just fine

MetaLink and TechNet are clueless about this problem in a JDBC context

had anyone experienced the same problem? any hints?

thanx,

    Marin
