AFAIK,
block dump is the only way. It is not really a query.
Have a

Finding out used blocks in the database
Hi
As we all know RMAN backs up only the used blocks
in the database. Was wondering if there is any way to query the database to
find out if a block is used or not so as to find out how much of the database
is currently being used ?
TIA
