I thought this might be enlightening...

MS to break own record for most bugs fixed in a single service pack: Microsoft plans to suspend software development for a month to review its code and purge it of bugs. "We are not coding new code as of today for the next month," Richard Purcell, head of the company's corporate privacy office, told attendees of a privacy and data security summit in Washington. "It's time to get the garage cleaned out." Purcell, who apparently has little concern for his future at Microsoft, added that company chairman Bill Gates "is really annoyed by the incredible pain we put everyone through in computing."

All you had to do was say Outlook...or Lookout...no need to say anything else, or apologize.
