Stored procedure Question

All,

   Currently I run a stored procedure and manually take the results and save them to a xls file. I have few questions:

1. Is it possible to automatic this?
2. Is it possible to save is as an access file?
3. If it possible to do either of the above. Does anyone have examples that I could use?
