Hi, guys,
Trying to figure out what my best option is. Some users are unable to access the system. Previously I had a trace file with " Deadlock detected ", but that session was killed.
SELECT * FROM V$LOCK WHERE block<>0 or lmode=6 /

ADDR KADDR SID TY ID1 ID2 LMODE
REQUEST CTIME BLOCK
-------- -------- --------- -- --------- --------- ---------
--------- --------- ---------
037DFE74 037DFE84 3 RT 1 0
6 0 1464073 0

Any quick advice is appreciated.
Best,
Sergey
