Deen,
Let's suppose you have to do an import to recover something. What happens when you try to do the import, but realize you can't because the dump file is on a local disk on the other server???

Hi,
I just wondering what is the best practice for Dump file, parameter file location on a Microsoft Cluster with OFS.
I saw some people keeping them on shared disks, some people keeping them on Local disks. Are there any Advantages and disadvantages with either of the approaches.
Thanks
deen
