Cannot display page

10.0pt;font-family:Tahoma;color:navy'>Hi folks.  I have an apps person who is trying to display iProcurement's homepage and cannot open the page.  Some other pages open, some other pages don't.  I can't see the difference between thems that does and thems that don't.<span

this sound familiar to anyone?
