i have these 2 errors in the log file

1.Record 2389: Rejected - Error on table IA_TEST, column COMMENTS. Field in data file exceeds maximum length

2. Record 885: Rejected - Error on table IA_TEST. ORA-01401: inserted value too large for column

whats the differennce between the 2?
