Sending mail using pl/sql

Hi All,

I know it has been asked many times but I have changed jobs and no longer have old e-mail. Anyway I need to know
how to send e-mail using pl/sql with attachments. Any real examples,links,references would be very helpful. My environment is Oracle NT 8.1.6 SE, NT 4.0, client is Win 2000
