You asked which of two outcomes will occur if you partiton tables after
development:
1. "...do we have to change the code for accessing diffrent partition..."
or
2. "...this will handle by oracle itself."
Of your two proposed outcomes, 1. is the former and 2. is the latter. Oracle will handle access to table partitions automatically - your code does not have to be modified.
I was attempting to answer your question in a succinct manner - sorry for not being clear enough.

If we use partitioning for a big tables after finish development, do we have
