Designer 4 is here since some monthes, you have to download patch 4a from metalink.

Designer 6i is the newest one - release 3. You can actually download it from OTN. Designer2000 was renamed to 6i after the Y2K hysteria calmed down (and Uncle Larry got on his "i" bandwagon).
