Those are the times to get the reply from the remote machines back.

10 msec is the fastest (at the moment) but may depend on network as well.

When I run tnsping servername on web server .Some of server shoe at bottom OK (10 msec)
some of them are
OK (50 msec) and some of them are
OK (100 msec)
What this meaning is?
Which server is faster one?
