the only place (outdated now) I'm aware of is http://www.fortunecity.com/skyscraper/oracle/699/orahtml/misc/undoc.html

also a good place to start is downloading OraSnap from http://www.stewartmc.com/oracle/orasnap/ and playing with the "Undoc'd Init.ora Params" section in the reports produced
