I Knew It Would Happen MS

I have been tasking with writing a document explaining why the shop should stay with Oracle and not implement SQL Server for our new applications, CRM and Documentum. I don't want to reinvent the wheel. Does anyone have a good document or links comparing the two that they could share with me offline?
