CONSTRAINT ENABLE?

Hi
I found some of constraint in database is disable and its type is R. When I try to enable by
alter table tablename enable constraint constraintname; It showing following error
"ERROR at line 1:
ORA-02298: cannot validate (AWAY.GT_TRACK_CAT_REF_SRCH_TRACK) - parent keys not found"
How to coenable these constraints?
