Kathy,

I don't know about DB Tuner, but I am aware of an excellent product from Quest - engineered by our very own Gaja - called StorageXpert for Oracle. I believe this product will also look Arrays other than EMC (Hitachi and IBM Shark?) in the future so if you mix and match later on your investment is still protected.
