Joe,
You can set TNS_ADMIN as an environment
variable or registry variable in HKLM/Software/Oracle and use it.
I prefer to use a variable instead of
registry variable.

stupid oracle on windoze question
ok in the unix world, we have .tnsnames.ora file which overrides a
$HOME/network/admin/tnsnames.ora file.
Is there such a thing in the windoze world. a registry entry
maybe?
thanks, joe
