I've seen references that it is less than 1% impact, though I haven't tried it myself.

Anybody using the "ALTER TABLE <tablename> MONITORING;" functionality? Just wondering what the performance impact of implementing the features outlined in MetaLink Doc 102334.1 was. Or is this another performance debate like setting "timed_sadistics = true" was/is?
