Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> ORA-12988: cannot drop column
I have created a DB as SYS and added columns to some of the tables as SYS. When I try to drop some of these columns I get this error.
ORA-12988: cannot drop column from table owned by SYS
How can I get around this problem?
Thanks,
