Upgrade OS from Unix 2.6 to Unix 2.8 for Oracle HRMS Applications

Hi Gurus,

I need to update the OS from Unix 2.6 to 2.8 on my database and form servers. We are running Oracle HRMS Applications 11I Version 11.5.1.

Has anyone done it before ? Any advice ? Please help. Thanks.
