I'm trying using OEM for Oracle's Personal
Edition 98,
what is the value of Management Server ?,
I tried with PC name and 127.0.0.1 both gave me error message
VTK-1000: Unable to connect to management server....
Or perhaps OEM is not for Oracle 8i Personal Edition.
Please help
